Hey everyone, most of you know me already. I spent over five years on the 1inch core team, and about three of those as Governance Lead. My time on the core team ended in October but I want to keep working on 1inch DAO, now as an independent delegate.

Background

  • 300+ posts on this forum and 95 Snapshot votes since 2022
  • Took the DAO Guidelines through ratification and moved the forum to Discourse
  • Ran the 1IP-80 reimbursement vote and its re-run after the execution bug

How I vote

  • I read the full proposal before I vote
  • I support grants with milestones, a named reviewer, and a clear owner
  • I post a short rationale for every vote in this thread

Next 6 months

  1. Vote on every Snapshot proposal
  2. Post each rationale within one week of the vote
  3. Attend governance calls (schedule permitting)
  4. Give early feedback, mainly on Aqua, SwapVM, Fusion, and treasury proposals

KPIs

  • 90%+ Snapshot participation
  • A rationale for every vote, posted within one week
