1-inch Genie is an AI-powered real-time web3 analytics platform designed specifically for the 1-inch ecosystem. It addresses the problem of the lack of specialized analytics tools for the 1-inch Community and the complexity of data analysis in the blockchain industry. By offering no-code analytics through natural language processing, the 1-inch Genie will enable users to access meaningful insights without the need for coding or SQL knowledge.
Our project will succeed through its unique value proposition, which includes tailored insights, real-time monitoring, AI-powered features, and a user-centric design. By providing comprehensive analytics and actionable recommendations, the 1-inch Genie will attract more developers and users to the 1-inch ecosystem, leading to increased engagement and growth.

Secondly, our no-code analytics approach and natural language processing capabilities differentiate 1 inch Genie from traditional analytics platforms. Users can simply input commands in plain English, eliminating the need for technical expertise in complex query languages like SQL. This user-friendly interface makes data analysis accessible to a broader audience, including non-technical users, developers, traders, and researchers.
Additionally, our AI-powered real-time insights set us apart from other analytics platforms. By leveraging AI technology and integrating with Langchain and OpenAI APIs, 1 inch Genie offers predictive analysis and advanced data visualization, providing users with valuable and actionable recommendations.
**What level of support do you anticipate needing through the duration of the process? ***
We will require suggestions and feedback from the 1-inch community, and collaboration with the 1-inch team to ensure the platform aligns with the ecosystem’s needs and goals.
**What is your estimated timeline (with milestones) for completion? ***

Research and Development (1st month): Conduct in-depth research on the 1-inch ecosystem, analytics requirements, and user needs. Develop the architecture and technical specifications for the 1-inch Genie.

Platform Development (1st month): Implement the core functionality of 1-inch Genie, including data collection, analysis algorithms, visualization tools, and user interface. Integrate with 1-inch’s infrastructure and optimize performance.

AI Integration (2nd month): Develop and integrate AI-powered features into 1-inch Genie to provide real-time insights, predictive analytics, and natural language analysis capabilities. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI models.

Testing and Optimization (2nd month): Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the platform’s stability, security, and performance. Collect user feedback and iterate based on user testing and market demand.

Public Launch (3rd month): Deploy 1-inch Genie to the live environment at https://1inchgenie.com. Conduct a marketing campaign to raise awareness and attract users to the platform.

User Onboarding and Support (3rd month): Provide user-friendly guides, tutorials, and documentation to facilitate user onboarding. Engage with the community to address user questions, feedback, and feature requests. Conduct webinars and workshops to educate users on platform capabilities.

Continuous Improvement (3rd month): Continuously enhance and expand 1 inch Genie based on user feedback and market trends. Integrate new 1-inch apps and networks as they become available. Release regular updates to deliver new features and improvements.
**What stage of completion do you anticipate to be the most challenging? ***
We anticipate that the AI integration stage will be the most challenging part of the project. Developing and integrating AI-powered features, such as natural language processing and predictive analysis, requires precision and accuracy. Ensuring that the AI models provide reliable insights and interact seamlessly with user commands will require extensive testing and iteration. Additionally, the ability to handle a large volume of real-time data and deliver meaningful results in a timely manner will be a critical aspect to address during this stage.
**How much funding do you anticipate needing at each milestone to complete the project? ***
We request funding of 30,000 USD for the project. The breakdown of the grant request is as follows:

Developing the dapp using Langchain + OpenAI Integration for Natural Language Queries. (50%):
Expense: 50% = 15000USD
Justification: This portion of the funds will primarily be utilized for the core development of 1 inch Genie. It includes implementing Langchain and OpenAI integration for natural language queries, working on the user experience (UX) design, creating interactive prompts, and visualizing data. The development process will go through multiple iterations to reach the minimum viable product (MVP) stage. Additionally, part of this allocation will be used for hosting the 1-inch Genie platform on https://1inchgenie.com. -
Work on indexer to index 1-inch Network contracts & subgraphs data in visual SQL tables format for analytics (30%):
Expense: 30% = 9000 USD
Justification: This allocation is dedicated to building the indexer module, enabling the indexing of 1 inch Network contracts and subgraphs data. The indexer will transform raw data into an easily queryable format, making it convenient for users to perform advanced analytics on the 1 inch Network. The indexer development ensures that users can access meaningful insights from the vast amount of data available on the 1 inch ecosystem.
To support the seamless functioning of the 1 inch Genie platform, this portion of funds will be utilized for infrastructure upgrades. The upgrade will enhance the platform’s scalability, security, and reliability, accommodating a growing user base. Additionally, a part of this allocation will be used to integrate a reliable price oracle into the platform. The price oracle ensures that users receive accurate and real-time data for conducting analyses and making informed decisions. -
Maintenance, Support, and Bug Fixes (10%):
Expense: 10%= 3000USD
Justification: After the successful launch of 1 inch Genie, a portion of the funds will be reserved for ongoing maintenance, providing technical support to users, and promptly addressing any bugs or issues that may arise post-launch. This allocation ensures the platform’s continued stability and positive user experience. -
Marketing & Operations (10%):
Expense: 10% = 3000USD
Justification: Marketing and operational efforts are crucial for driving adoption and engagement within the 1-inch ecosystem. This allocation will be used for various marketing activities, including documentation, social media promotion, blog posts, workshops, and analytics bounty programs and hackathons. These efforts will help attract new users, create awareness about 1 inch Genie, and foster an active and vibrant user community.
The justified fund allocation provides a clear breakdown of how the requested OP tokens will be utilized across different aspects of the project. It ensures the successful development, deployment, and ongoing support of the 1-inch Genie while also fostering its adoption and growth within the 1-inch ecosystem.
**How will the project be maintained after completion of the grant? Will there be any external sources of funding to ensure long-term sustainability? ***
Maintenance and Long-Term Sustainability:
After the completion of the grant, the project will be maintained by the DappLooker team. We will continue to provide technical support, address bug fixes, and enhance the platform based on user feedback and market trends. While the core features will remain free to end-users, we may explore fee-based premium features to ensure the project’s long-term sustainability.
