Why aren't limit orders filling?

When a limit order is in place at a certain price point, if the market crosses that price point, should that limit order fill?
Observing that not happening. Not sure what’s going on, or how exactly the limit order process works.
Observation: Had limit orders in place for a particular crypto pair and a particular price point. Looking at the candlestick plot in 1inch, it’s clear that trades took place well beyond that price point. However, the limit order remains at 0% filled.
What is going on?
Things that don’t seem to be the problem: Limit order did not have any predicates in place that should have blocked execution. Tokens were approved. There was an adequate balance in the wallet.

Also, is it possible to get a list of all transactions corresponding to the candle plot, ie all Dex transactions across the different Dex’s between two tokens in a pair?

Thank you for your help.
