where the chi gas tokens disappear from 1inch DEX ? It’s no longer available? it become a useless token ?

yes，after ETH update！
Unfortunately, due to restructuring of gas mechanics on Ethereum, CHI no longer works as a gas token after EIP 1559, and is now deprecated. That said, it does still work on BSC.
