Important: Forum Migration to Discourse - October 1st, 2025
Summary
The 1inch DAO forum will be migrating from Commonwealth to Discourse on Tuesday, October 1st, 2025.
Critical Dates:
- Data Cutoff: Friday, September 26th at 11:59 PM UTC - Any posts or comments made after this time will NOT be migrated
- Migration Date: October 1st, 2025 - New forum goes live
Why We’re Moving
Per1IP-84: Forum Migration Proposal, the DAO has voted to migrate to Discourse. After extensive feedback from our Recognized Delegates and community members, this migration should provide a more stable platform.
What This Means for You
Your Content
- All posts, comments, and discussions made before September 26th will be preserved
- Your user account and post history will carry over
- Forum categories and structure will remain similar
Accessing the New Forum
Path 1: If you have an email attached to your Commonwealth account
- You can log into the new Discourse forum using that email
- Use the “Forgot Password” feature to set up your new password
Path 2: If you only login with your Ethereum wallet (most users)
- Create a free email address at ethermail.io
- Your email will be:
[your_wallet_address]@ethermail.io - Once set up, use this email to reset your password on the new forum
- After logging in, you can change your email address to any preferred email
