  • Gas fees are high

Possible scenario :

  • Traders can use 1inch tokens as gas fee
  • This can trigger traders to buy 1inch tokens to stake them in governance and earn more 1inch
  • The can use the earned 1inch tokens as gas fee for trades

Desired outcome :

  • More demand for 1inch tokens

This adds an extra swap 1INCH-ETH to each swap you want to make. This brings additional costs. imo I don’t think a trader is looking forward to even higher costs.

I was hoping on a CHI like approach. And thus not needing and additional swap with each transaction. However I have no clue whether this is technically possible ?

If you can use the 1inch token to pay for gas? What is the significance of issuing Chi? What’s your opinion?
